Moseley’s is the only place I buy jewelry when I need to. I have been a customer since 1996 when I move to Columbia. They are professional and polite. I traded in some jewelry for something else. When my item came a few days later, I had decided to see if they still had my trade in and they did. Return them to me for the same value. These are the right people to deal with. I took my anniversary ring to a jeweler down the street from moseley\'s to have my ring sized and they told me they could not help me. I went to moseley\'s and the jeweler looked at it and said there would be no issue that he could do it. I picked it up and was so happy with it. It looks great! They also have great customer service. Highly recommended Moseley’s Diamond Showcase!\r\nI (carelessly) allowed my diamond in my engagement ring to get very loose without taking the time to get the prongs tightened. I finally make the trip to Moseley’s to get the prongs tightened and was very impressed with my experience. Though I did not originally purchase from Moseley’s, Moses was happy to have the prongs tightened at no charge to me. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be going back to Moseley's for my jewelry needs and purchases going forward!
